Information you send us
When you submit the Request Service form, we receive the information you enter:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- The service address, city, state and ZIP code
- The service you need and your description of the problem or request
- Optionally, your preferred contact method and the best time to reach you
We use this information to respond to your request — for example, to contact you, confirm whether your address is within our service area, and arrange service.
If you call or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share in that call or message.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social media widgets.
When you submit the form, your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions from the same connection. It is held only in the temporary memory of the server handling the request and is not written to our records or included in the email we receive.
After a successful submission, your browser's session storage (not a cookie) briefly holds the name of the service you requested so the confirmation page can load correctly. It is removed as soon as that page opens.
Service providers
These companies handle information on our behalf to run this website and deliver your request:
- Vercel hosts this website and runs the form. Like most web hosts, Vercel keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser type and the pages requested, under its own privacy policy.
- Resend delivers the email containing your form submission to us, under its own privacy policy.
- Google Workspace hosts our business email, where your request arrives, under Google's privacy policy.
