Who we are
Four Seasons Comfort Systems is a residential HVAC company serving South Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. We work on home heating and cooling systems — repair, seasonal maintenance, installation and replacement.
The company was founded by Keith Rambo and Steve Dingas, longtime friends who decided to build a heating and cooling company together. Steve has spent approximately 25 years working in the HVAC industry and is a United States Marine Corps veteran.
We are a new company and say so plainly rather than implying a history we do not have. What is not new is the experience behind it. Our approach is straightforward: diagnose before quoting, explain findings in plain language, say when a repair beats a replacement, and do no work without your approval. The call worth making before winter
Heating systems do not usually fail without warning. They degrade quietly over several seasons, in places a homeowner never looks, and then give out on the coldest night of the year — the same night every other marginal system in the region gives out, when service is hardest to get.
An inspection in early fall interrupts that. It finds the worn component while it is still a scheduling question rather than an emergency. Most manufacturers recommend professional service annually, and many warranties expect it to have happened.

Do you work on homes or commercial buildings?
Residential only. Homes are what we know best, and we would rather do that well than stretch into commercial work, which is a different discipline with different equipment and requirements.

What should I do first if my heat or air conditioning stops working?
Check four things before calling anyone: that the thermostat is set correctly and has fresh batteries, that the circuit breaker has not tripped, that the service switch near the equipment is on, and that the air filter is not severely clogged. Those resolve a meaningful share of calls. If all four check out, that is the point to contact us rather than keep troubleshooting.
