Who we are
Four Seasons Comfort Systems was founded by Keith Rambo and Steve Dingas, longtime friends who decided to build a heating and cooling company together.
Steve has spent approximately 25 years working in the HVAC industry. He is a United States Marine Corps veteran. That combination — a long stretch in the trade and a background where doing the job properly is not optional — is most of what shapes how this company operates.
We are a new company, and we would rather say that directly than imply a history we do not have. What is not new is the experience behind it. Starting something means we get to decide from the beginning how it runs, and the thing we most wanted to get right is straightforward: tell people the truth about their equipment, including when the truth is that they do not need what we would otherwise be selling.
How we work
Not a mission statement. These are the specific commitments we hold ourselves to on every call.

Diagnose before quoting
We find out what is actually wrong before proposing a fix. Guessing at parts is how people pay for repairs that were never the problem.

Explain it in plain language
You should understand what failed, why, and what the options are — without needing to take our word for it.

Say when repair is the better answer
Replacement is the bigger invoice. We would rather keep a customer for years than sell a system nobody needed.

Name the limits
When the problem is insulation, ductwork or the building rather than the equipment, we say so — even though it is not work we are selling.

No work without approval
Nothing happens until you have agreed to it. No surprises added on the invoice.

Do not oversell
Some HVAC categories invite exaggerated claims. We describe what equipment actually does and let you decide.
What we do
We are a residential company. Homes are what we know, and we would rather do that well than stretch into work that is genuinely a different discipline.
On the heating side: heating repair, furnace repair and seasonal heating maintenance.
On the cooling side: AC repair, installation and replacement and cooling maintenance.
Across both: heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, year-round preventive maintenance, indoor air quality and energy efficiency including smart thermostats.
Why we say less than most HVAC websites
You may notice some things missing from this site. There are no customer reviews, no star ratings, no awards, no "serving the area since" date, no claims about how many homes we have worked in.
That is deliberate. We are a new company, and inventing those things would be the easiest possible thing to do and the worst possible way to start. Plenty of contractor websites are decorated with claims nobody verifies. We would rather build a record than manufacture one.
As real credentials, real reviews and a real history accumulate, they will appear here — because they will be true. Until then, what you get is an honest description of who we are and what we know how to do. If that is a worse first impression than a page full of badges, it is at least an accurate one.
